When moving to the Metro-Atlanta area many people who do not know the area want to know where the best places to relocate. There are many fine areas but more often than not many choose to live where the housing is affordable, the schools are rated high, and in a centralized location in relation to the job market. Some of the best places considered to live are North Fulton County (includes Sandy Springs, Roswell, & Alpharetta), East Cobb (Marietta),  and Cherokee County (Woodstock & Canton). Homes prices are slightly higher than the average, (similar to Roswell & Alpharetta), however the low property taxes has been one of the key factors to why so many people love to live in East Cobb.

Cherokee County has two cities which share the majority of home ownership- Canton and Woodstock. Canton Real Estate is a little further north than the city of Woodstock Real Estate but both similar in price points and neighborhoods.
